Thank you for inquiring about me. I am a proud father of 5 children and married my sweet heart. I have lived in the Meadows of Castle Rock for over 12 years. Networking with my area is important to me and I like to keep it local.

In June of 2006 I registered my construction company called Red Earth Construction. I execute construction practices and safety issues in accordance with local safety laws. I invoice and manage payroll of trade partners and vendors through purchasing procedures, implement project timelines with Trade Partners & Clients to meet scheduling deadlines.

Along with site management & field supervision, I am instrumental in material orders, schedule delivery, and pick up per project. Follow UBC & IRC requirements for Castle Rock, Douglas County, Greenwood Village, Jefferson County, Centennial and Pikes Pike Building Departments. I create Contracts and issue change orders, Design custom blueprints and floor plans specifically tailored to each project and submit Permits and schedule building inspections per project.

Here is a breakdown of my responsibilities:

  • Research & Development
  • Creating Contracts & Spreadsheets
  • Payroll (both Partners & Trade Partners)
  • Accounting & Budgeting (Profit & Loss)
  • Update Licenses and Insurances per Company & Trade Partners
  • Verifying Contracts & Estimates

  • Designing Floor Plans
  • Submitting Permits to Building Departments

With over 25 years’ experience in Residential Construction, including an extensive background of in the field installations, building has become my passion. Having Clients that respect the art of remodeling & leaving a Client well appreciative of our work is what drives our enthusiasm. We take our Company practices serious and have been seasoned with the high demands of the construction industry from inception to completion.
