Vice President/Products & Development

I have over 35 years experience with outside and in store Sales/Sales Training, and Management. Advertising/ Marketing, and Project Management in the residential/ commercial building industry. I offer managerial, entrepreneurship, and achievement in construction experience that have provided a broad range of leadership, public relations, marketing, and partnership with creative development in sales and service territories. I am highly creative, energetic, and self motivated, able to plan and prioritize in order to meet deadlines, budgets, inventory and quality control. In addition, I have experience in, on sight and blue print estimating for material and labor cost, negotiating with General/Subcontractors to achieve the highest quality of workmanship and time management, along with arranging and scheduling inspections. Other areas of my expertise are in the Advertising/Marketing and Insurance industries.

Former Senior Sales/Selling Sales Manager for Home Depot @ Home Services officiating as the BSM for Denver Branch, overseeing 39 stores, 3 Sales Managers and 20 SC’, along with 13 of my own stores. During 2008-2009, I was one of the top producers for the Denver Branch as an SSM in which I ranked 4th place in the Western District grossing over $600,000.00 of personal sales in 6 months as a “rookie”, and maintained number 1 in gross sales for January & February. I am knowledgeable and confident with all aspects of the BSM position, along with all the procedures of THD@ Home Services such as: *Recruiting and Training of SC’s & SM’s. *Educating & teaching of all Products and Product Knowledge (PK). *Setting & achieving plans & comps & metrics. *Working hand & hand with store Managers, store Associates building the RSW THD@ Home Services Program. *Connecting & organizing various community events, home shows and local neighborhood Chamber of Commerce chapters to increase public awareness of THD@ Home Services in Colorado. *Interacting with the BIM and the Install Team to expedite jobs more efficiently & cost effective. Customer service & satisfaction was always a priority.

Former President & Publisher of The Shepherd’s Guide of Minnesota. Relocated from Maryland to Minnesota to develop, coordinate and facilitate sales/marketing strategies for new business territory for The Shepherd’s Guide market for the Twin Cities and the Rochester areas. This fresh market was new to The Shepherd's Guide concept. All market strategies, public relations, and organizational avenues implemented efficiently as well as effectively. I developed the database, bookkeeping, mail outs including multi-listings for churches, schools, and ministries from inception. Telemarketing and referrals proved excellent leads for potential advertisers. As the demand for advertising needs increased, I expanded my staff to sales personnel and trained them in all aspects of sales. Their sales presentation coupled with their telephone skills, sharpened weekly with mandatory meetings. This partnership achieved great success for both my staff and the growing publication of The Shepherd's Guide. Radio and Television media relationships developed for advertising ad campaigns that boosted publicity and awareness of TSG. Hundreds of Churches, Schools, and Ministries participated in listing their service to the community in the Guide that opened many distribution avenues. I also created ads for submittal to the art department. All proofs were proof read, coordinated, layout for blue line.

Former President and Owner of J. E. Endley Construction Co. in Maryland. I marketed, set my own sales appointments and labored the work. Labor included all phases of residential and commercial construction from start to finish. Most of my home improvement projects included but not limited to finish basements, siding, windows (new construction and replacement series) , roofing & gutters, kitchens and bathrooms, decks and sunrooms, framing, mechanical, plumbing, electrical and drywall stages. Also as Licensed Contractor with the Maryland Home Improvement Association, I constructed new homes and additions. Installing products such as Andersen, Pella, Metal Industries, Alside, Reynolds, Owens Corning, Certainteed, Kraftmaid, and American Woodmark.
